I have a team of 30 translators using Trados to do translation.
I want all of them to use the same settings and if any setting is changed, I can send then a config file to update their Trados Desktop.

File -> Setup -> Manage user profiles. Export the settings to a file and give it to your co-workers. They need to import the profile then.

Does this profile covered everything in Editor options?
From what I know it should.
However, the settings you show are not really user-friendly. The active row should always be centered and the smart cut and paste should be activated.
