Powerpoint notes - Trados 2022

Question

Hi! 
 I have been using Trados for a couple of years and I have always been able to translate PowerPoint notes by selecting File type > All PowerPoint types > Common > Notes. In the Project Settings and also under Options. I have tried this but it does not work, I have done everything, re-created the project, restarted Trados, restarted my computer but nothing, the notes are not there. Anything to help?

 I&rsquo;ve tested it works in my Trados Studio 2022, build 17.2.10.19084. 
 Do you have this checkbox ticked? 
 
 If so, select your PowerPoint file from the Browse button below in the same window and click the Preview button. Are the notes there?
