Is it possible to ask Studio 2022 to make 2 segments even if there is no ponctuation sign, like in this example:
Set of 8 x 237 mL
Titanium white, phthalo green, raw umber, chrome yellow, Mars black, brite red, burnt sienna, and phthalo blue.
I would like a different segment after 237 ml.

I think you can simply adapt the segmentation rules for this, adding \d\sml as stop sign.
I showed an example with ml but it could be anything else where there is no ponctuation. I'm doing catalogues, so it happenss alot!

First please notice that Jerzy’s regex has backslahes, not forward slashes.
I’d say that the regex you is \d\s[ml|mL|mg|g]\b in your segmentation rules, where I’ve added a few more units as an example. Please add as many units as you need separating each unit by a pipe symbol (|)
Isn't there anything more indicative than "ml" or other units? Maybe a soft return?
what I receive is the catalogue in PDF format and IDML files. Studio does a good job with IDML but in some instances, like the example I posted, it keeps the whole paragraph in one segment. So I have no idea how they put it in with InDesign.
Here is another example. Maybe it is where the Arrow codes appear that make the difference.
Looks like there is a soft return after "Acrylic Set" and before the next tag (the "arrow codes" are called "tags"). Could you turn "Show Whitespace Characters" on and take another screenshot?

So there are definitely soft returns. Try adding a "Soft return rule" to your TM:
Select "Advanced view", then enter this regex in "before break" and a dot "." into the after break field:
Trados does not have a segmentation preview, sadly. You can use Ratel from the Okapi Toolkit (that's free - but beware, Trados uses the .NET flavour of regex and Ratel uses the Java flavour.):
Now to be honest, that should work, but I can't make it stick. I'll start another thread about that, which might be my own clumsiness or a bug.
But that's the way it's supposed to work.

Your success will depend on how consistent the InDesign guys are - if they use soft line breaks for layout reasons, then you will find yourself merging segments. My experience is that your segmentation rules should reflect how most cases are, and you will have to merge or split for the exceptions. You can obviously refine the rules, say that there has to be a capital letter or a digit after the line break in order for a new segment to be created. It's all possible.
