Attachments appearing as Trados Files

Hi,

Has anyone encountered a situation where any file sent to you through outlook appears as Trados files? Even if the sender sent it in Excel, Word or PPT, and even when the Sender does not have Trados?

At the moment, I am having to save the attachments, then open them with Word for example, if they are a word document, but sometimes, I need to be able to open a file quickly on my phone and with it being a Trados file, it is not possible.Screenshot of an email in Outlook with a subject line 'RE: Deloitte Forensic - Final Report - Redline version'. Two Word document attachments are visible. The email requests assistance with urgent translations and mentions a difference in redacted numbers between documents.
