How can I get RWS to process my upgrade order properly?

I have now been waiting for 5 weeks for SDL to resolve my payment issue and the order processing team has not replied to any of my queries for 3 weeks.

As requested, I have repeatedly sent them the wire transfer details but there is no progress.

Yes, the payment was made to the correct account.

Do I need to get my lawyer involved or can someone recommend some other means of resolving this?
