error message

Question

Please kindly help me to solve this issue. 
 Currently, I'm using Trados Studio 2021. 
 The other day, when I try to import the working file, it showed an error message the following; 
 
 Getting this, I tried to do "Reset Trados Studio / MultiTerm Desktop" or "Trados Freshstart", but it didn't work at all. 
 I'd appreciate it if anybody instruct me how to fix it.
