If I have an SDLXLIFF file open for translation and I open an UnknownSegments file from the Exports project folder, Studio crashes and the error message "Object reference is not set to an instance..." appears when I close the UnknownSegments file.
(I use the latest version of Studio 2022.)
Any idea is appreciated.

I'v tried all the suggested methods but none could solve the problem. Studio 2022 keeps freezing.
