Hi! Just wanted to ask urgent assistance in regards with my SDL Trados as my translation memory seems like not working. I will be attaching images of the issue I am currently experiencing. When I do try to select the language pair, I couldn't enable it and there is a "x" icon showing on the side as well. Hopping for your response. Thank you!
I changed the source language into EN-CA but it still doesn't work.

I have tried using the AnyTM but it still shows me that there is no open termbase. I am not quite sure what is wrong with the setup I have since ever since, it is working smoothly by just selecting the language needed for the project. Please see below the error message I am getting when trying to translate.
This post is all about translation memories (your title post, your first screenshots, AnyTM…). For sure you had an issue with translation memories.
Now your last screenshot is about the termbase, a totally different asset. Sorry, I don’t know if your issue with the translation memory is fixed and now you bring a different topic. If it is, please state so; if it’s not, let’s fix it first.
Apologies as I am actually not very sure of what is the main issue why I could not translate using the SDL Trados. As I have tried using the AnyTM, I was able to open the project in the application. But when I was trying to translate them by phrases/words as I usually do, it does not automatically filled in as it used to. Also, I have noticed the message attached in the screen shot above which is " No open termbase".
