QA - different source, same target

Dear Support Team, 
 
 I am reaching out to ask whether there is a way how to check error concerning a different source but same target during QA. Our client discovered such error in on of our translations, and we can see on the screenshot they provided, that their Trados marked the problematic segment. In our Trados ver. 2021, however, QA does not notify us about this errror.

Could you please let me know which version of Trados Studio does provide this QA function?

 I'm pretty sure all versions have this capability. Maybe you just didn't use it?
