Dear RWS Community,

I am currently experiencing an issue with Trados Studio 2024. After installation, when I attempt to start the program, I encounter the following error message:

"サービス 'Sdl.Desktop.Platform.CommandBars.IActionService' を実行できませんでした。"

To resolve this issue, I have already tried the following steps:

1. Reinstalled Trados Studio 2024 and MultiTerm 2024.
2. Deleted the XML files (BaseSettings.xml, plugincache.xml, and UserSettings.xml) from the folder:
```
C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\18.0.0.0
```
3. Ensured that all previous versions of Trados Studio and MultiTerm were completely uninstalled and that no related files or folders remained on my system.

Despite these efforts, the error persists. I would appreciate any guidance or assistance the community can offer to resolve this issue.
