Error message: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

Software: SDL Trados Studio 2024 Freelance

There are issues everytime I create a new project. it shows the error message of "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me find a solution to this.

     I see you are using the Multilingual.Excel.FileType 

    Are you still faced with the same issues?

    We do have an item raised with development where it was reported Object reference... error caused by custom background color.
    Reference SDLCOM-4947.

    Does/did your files have background colours?
