Did you use the same TM and the same project?  Or is your TM updated too?  It really looks to me as though either you have a completely different TM or you recreated the project with a different format of the same file.... or something.

The word counts are exactly the same (just to get the context right) but the analysis is different.  In fact the new post translation word count is worse than the original.  Something definitely not right there, and I don't think you're comparing apples with apples.  Don't forget the analysis is carried out on the source and not the target.  So unless your TM changed the analysis should be exactly the same since the source of the file you get back should be exactly the same too.

Yes, the TM is exactly the same and both analysis were made with the source. It's also the same project and same file, nothing was recreated.

Then I have no idea!  If it was me I'd go back and check really carefully that what I have done was exactly the same in both cases.  I cannot think of any other explanation for such a variance.

Maybe someone else has a suggestion.  I can't help any further.
