Help : I bought the wrong updgrade

Hello, 
 I mistakenly bought an upgrade from Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus to Trados Studio 2024 Freelance. 
 I meant to buy an upgrade from Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus to Trados Studio 2024 Freelance Plus. 
 Would it be possible to get a refund for the upgrade to Studio 2024 Freelance? Then, I'll be able to buy the upgrade to Studio 2024 Freelance Plus.
