How can I create an AnyTM (so that I can have all my bilingual TMs in one container)? Trados wants me to connect to a server but I don't have GroupServer. Do I need that or do they mean another server?? As far as I know the "offline" Trados can't create an AnyTM where all bilingual TMs are stored under.

AnyTM is not a container for multilingual TMs. It is a way in Studio to assign a TM that has different language variants than the language pair of the project. You can use this feature with your local TMs.
