Hi,
I can't use the number keys of my keypad when translating in Studio anymore.
My numeric keypad is working fine when using other software. It's only when I'm using the editor of Studio; it's not working.
I've asked SDL Support and they told me that it's the Studio Subtitling which is the causing that issue. Since it's a 3rd party application, SDL Support can't help and fix the issue.
Could you please help me?

This is probably expected behaviour. It's not possible to add custom shortcuts to Studio using a numeric keypad, so they were programmed in on purpose for subtitlers.
Try simply removing the keyboard shortcuts from the options.
Yes! Now it's working fine. I removed the keyboard shortcuts from the options of Studio 2019.
