&lt;p&gt;If you are an existing customer, you will either receive a renewal quote 3 months before your contract ends or your renewal invoice will be sent 30 days before your SMA expires (the later refers to contract renewals whose value is below 1,000 &amp;pound;/$/&amp;euro;/CA$).&lt;/p&gt;
