SMA cost for your existing license portfolio can be easily checked from your RWS account. Please login, go to the SUPPORT & EDUCATION section and choose the SUPPORT tab. SMA prices (for both levels) are displayed at the bottom of that page:

Please note the above prices are for informative purposes only and correspond to the Trados Freelance 2024 version (prices as of 2025). Prices vary depending on the Trados version you purchased.

To purchase your SMA please click on the ADD TO CART button (blue square), check your cart and proceed to your payment details page. Once a payment has been made, your SMA will be activated.

If you are an existing customer, you will either receive a renewal quote 3 months before your contract ends or your renewal invoice will be sent 30 days before your SMA expires (the later refers to contract renewals whose value is below 1,000 £/$/€/CA$).
