With Trados Studio 2022 and Trados Cloud Capabilities, you also have the ability to create a 'Local Project'.
In Trados 2019 and earlier versions, the Freelance edition was limited to strictly 5 languages in total.
Studio 2022 has this restriction removed and you can create projects with up to three Target Languages per project.
From the Projects View- Select New Project -Local project
Select your project folder
Select required Translation Memories (local) and Machine Translation provider(s) as required
Select Termbase(s) provider(s) as required
And Finish.
To open a local project in cloud, you first have to save it in cloud from Projects view:
Then the project is converted to a cloud project and you can open it in the cloud version:
