From time to time you may have experienced an issue where you cannot start Trados Studio due to an error, or your license suddenly becomes unavailable to use. When this happens it is more than likely that you need your license reset.
SDL have now made it easier for you to Reset your Single user License yourself and here is a knowledge base article that explains how you can do that.
