Please take a look at your options selected in (Settings > Enterprise) Default Scheduling Settings. “Reprocess schedule after each modification” only reprocesses the scheduling if a project is modified, not if the provider productivity is changed. You can select "Process all projects" to update these existing projects.

If that doesn't update your display, please open a support ticket and our team would be happy to look over your settings and see what's going on.

But this doesn't seem to solve my problem. I've been going over the documentation. But I can't find much information there. Is it possible to set up a short introduction session to help me on my way?
