I am a new user of MultiTrans and I am experimenting with the Scheduler in Flow. I have assigned 1 assignment to 1 translator who can process 300 words per hour. According to the Scheduler this assignment should be completed in just over 2 hours. That seems correct since there are 788 words to translate. If I adjust the productivity setting to 600 words per hour, the time spent by this translator is correctly reduced to 1 hour. But according to the overview screen this job still requires 2 hours.
Any suggestions how I can solve this?
Please take a look at your options selected in (Settings > Enterprise) Default Scheduling Settings. “Reprocess schedule after each modification” only reprocesses the scheduling if a project is modified, not if the provider productivity is changed. You can select "Process all projects" to update these existing projects.
If that doesn't update your display, please open a support ticket and our team would be happy to look over your settings and see what's going on.
Thanks for the suggestion Shirley!
But this doesn't seem to solve my problem. I've been going over the documentation. But I can't find much information there. Is it possible to set up a short introduction session to help me on my way?
Please open a case with support so that we may investigate further. Once we have the case a support engineer will contact you to set up a session to discuss.
