It is worth checking whether you have &amp;#39; named &amp;#39; licenses activated on your machine via the &amp;#39;Licensing Utility&amp;#39; program. Select the &amp;#39;view&amp;#39; tab and check whether there are any licenses listed. If so, take a note of the &amp;#39;activation ID&amp;#39; and then return the license before upgrading Windows. See this help article for details on this: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&amp;amp;sysparm_article= KB0026612 After the upgrade, you can then activate the license again using the same activation ID. Note that if you&amp;#39;re unable to return your license online , we&amp;#39;ll need to assist you with the offline return &amp;amp; activation process, in which case it&amp;#39;d be best for you to create a support case. If you don&amp;#39;t have any licenses on your machine, take a note of the server address via &amp;#39;Server → License Server Definition&amp;#39; in the Licensing Utility. It should look something like: @xx.xx.xx.xx. You shouldn&amp;#39;t need to do anything, but it&amp;#39;ll be useful to know the address of your license server in case you need to re-enter it after upgrading Windows. Finally take note of your server and login details in the MultiTrans Client via &amp;#39;Preferences → Configure Server → Edit&amp;#39;. Again, you shouldn&amp;#39;t need to do anything, but if you initially have any trouble connecting to the server after the upgrade, try removing the server from your configuration and then re-add it. The product you are referring to is most likely Trados GroupShare - and you raised the question in the MultiTrans forums. Do not worry about that, as I will do my best to provide you with the expected answer. The Logi reporting engine is a 3rd party tool, which was used before Trados GroupShare 2020 SR1 CU09 versions, to display the Dashboard/Reporting details. Starting with the CU09 release of Trados GroupShare 2020 SR1, we use an in-house tool to display the Dashboard/Reporting details. The solution is to update your Trados GroupShare application to a newer release, like CU13 (which is the latest one). The installation steps are detailed here: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge There is no other solution for your issue, but to update your Trados GroupShare application. There are no discussions with the Logi provider to renew the license. Please note that the above issue does not affect the Trados GroupShare application functionality - only the Dashboard/Reporting information will no longer work.
