SDL TMS hosted customers will be upgraded in phases. To manage the timing of the upgrade, I suggest that you raise a support case or get in touch with your account manager who can help with the process.

We are using your hosting center and I'll like to know, how to ordre the upgrade to SDL TMS 12.0 for all in Greenland.

Should I make an support case or how?
