Does Multilingual Excel working with TMS 12.3 and 12.4?

We've seen two examples of the following error in different TMS environments:

Hi Harry,

I am not aware of any changes in 12.3 compared to 12.2 (in 12.4 there are new Studio Core filters updated and more ITD file types deprecated)

It seems the code is a custom PS code. Please log a case with LE Support, so the case can be passed to Professional Services for investigation. Thank you.
