I have the same problem as Lea Lauronen below. I try to open WorldServer packages and Studio 2024 crashes.
Just like Lea I work with Trados Studio (18.1.3.6657) and downloaded + installed WorldServer plugin (18.3.2120) from the app store website (not from the Trados Studio app).
I followed all instructions you gave Lea, but to no avail.
Could you help me?
Hello Annie Weibull, is this happening with all WSXZ packages, or only with some packages?
Is this happening since you have upgraded Trados Studio and the components and if so, does this mean that you were able to open packages before?
Is the WSXZ package located on your local computer or on a network drive? If on a network drive, can you please try to place it on your local computer and open it from there?
Last: Would it be possible for you to send me the wsxz package that leads Studio to crash to my email address clazzarini@rws.com for me to test?

I think the problem started to occur after upgrading Trados Studio 2024 to Service Pack 1 (but I can't swear on it..).
This happens with all WSXZ packages.
The WSXZ packages are always located on my local computer. I don't work with any network drive.

I have received your WSXZ package and I confirm that I can open it without issues. I sent you a modified version of the package (without TD) and another small test package, but you weren't unable to open either of them.
