Check the installed WorldServer Components version: Go to Programs and Features . Locate WorldServer Components . The version should be 18.3.2120 . 3. Uninstall WorldServer Components. 4. Download the correct version 18.3.2120 from the RWS AppStore: appstore.rws.com/.../ 5. Install the downloaded version: 6. Unzip the file WorldServerComponents_18.3.2120.zip . and double-click WorldServerComponents_18.3.2120.msi to start the installation. It should be completed quickly. 7. Restart Trados Studio 2024 SR1 (CU7) and try opening the WorldServer (WSXZ) package again.
