How do I customize the trisoftdita framework for Oxygen?

Hi, 
 I want to create some custom CSS and Schematron rules for users of Tridion Authoring Bridge in Oxygen desktop editor. 
 I tried to create a custom framework by extending the Document Type named Tridion Docs DITA in Oxygen but the Extend option is greyed out. 
 I wonder instead if I should just be editing the CSS files (and add Schematron files) on the TD server and have them sync over to the tridsoftdita framework in C:\Program Files\Oxygen XML Editor 23\frameworks? 
 Has anyone else successfully customized the tridsoftdita framework so that all Tridion Docs users can avail of those customization? 
 Any advice appreciated,

Hi, Ann, I was looking at the other post you commented on (discussing syncInfo.xml) so you've probably got that covered. 
 Another thing you may need to look at, especially for schematron... I had to do this for Arbortext. You may have to add the file extension to MIME types setting in IIS; I did. This is detailed pretty well here:
