Hi Ann - at FICO, we only produce monolingual PDFs (=ES-ES.pdf for example). But localized Help systems are multilingual (=EN-US+DE+ES-ES+FR+KO+PT-BR.zip). So we select multiple values from the Language Combination dropdown regularly.

To be honest, I can't remember if it was a customization. We use SuiteHelp and it was part of our set-up 15+ years ago. Currently, the system processes each of the languages one at a time, spits out one folder per language, then zips them all up into a single downloadable archive. 

To launch the help locally, you download the output, unzip, then click on index.html found in the language folder to launch the localized help. 

However, we are in the process of moving away from SuiteHelp to Oxygen web help, and the delivery mechanism may change. I'll have more info about that soon and will let you know.
