Perhaps this is really a suggestion for material to be added to the OASIS DITA standard, but it seems much more likely to be quickly implemented by RWS Tridion Docs.

ANSI Standard Z535.6.2023 was approved 14 December 2023 and provides a hazard communication system developed specifically for product safety information in documentation in an orderly and visually consistent manner. The standard is named American National Standard for Product Safety Information in Product Manuals, Instructions, and Other Collateral Materials. While it is US-specific, an existing ISO standard, 3854-2:2016, is meant for signage and product safety labels, not product documentation, suggesting that Z535.6 is the most appropriate standard for global use. The standard provides an Annex of Translations of Signal Words into 29 languages, further adding to its global relevance.

I am working with a colleague to develop these elements at my company; is this something others would use, and is there a way to share the resources through Tridion Docs? I wish we had a library of downloadable templates that could be used in publications, or of template elements that could be added to existing templates. In particular, we need to add eight (or ten) elements, four using color, and four in black and white.
