A bit of the history: Oxygen XML Editor version 27.0 was released in November 2024; six months after Tridion Docs 15.1. One of the features of this Oxygen 27.0 release was an improved AI Positron Assistant which became available in Oxygen XML Editor version 26.1 which is fully supported in Tridion Docs 15.1.
Tridion Docs 15.1 Update 2 version of Tridion Docs Authoring Bridge for Oxygen enables experimentation with the latest Oxygen AI Positron Assistant.

Regarding the Tridion Docs 15.0 release,  as Dave De Meyer  mentioned in his comment, it should be possible to install the Tridion Docs Authoring Bridge for any version of Oxygen.
However, a warning will be displayed when using an officially unsupported Oxygen version.
During installation, only supported Oxygen versions will be preselected. The unsupported versions of Oxygen can be selected if the customer accepts that this combination hasn't been fully validated by our engineering team.

Official support for Oxygen 27.1 will be announced as part of Tridion Docs 15.2 that is coming by the end of Q2 of 2025.
