Yes, clearing translation queue in bulk is possible in Edge version 8.5. This can be done directly from the Translation queue Tab. This feature is not available for previous Edge versions. 

Additionally you can enable automatic purges for translations. This can be done from Settings-> Translation, by clicking on the toggle button "Enable automatic purges of translations" and setting the Maximum Age of Translations (in seconds). Eg. Setting 2592000 (seconds) means that your translation queue will purge every job older than 30 days.
