HELLO,
I have two Trados 2014 licenses. One of was on my old computer and it disappeared because I did not deactivate it.
The other license is active on the Trados homepage. However< I cannot download it full and activate it on my new laptop. Whe the program reaches to the point of of downloading the 58 files, it does complete and send an error message saying some file could not be downloaded.
Can you please help.

I'm afraid you'll have a bigger problem even if you can install it because you will not be able to licence it: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000007331
2014 is no longer supported at all and this includes licensing. So if you lose the ability to use the license you already have on your computer then you won't be able to reset it any more... moving to a new computer will not be possible.
