Shaping a community is always a reflection of what is going on in society. In my community conversations I try to listen to the outside world and "do the right thing" for our users. A community online is no different from a physical community. Safeguarding each other's interest and making sure all can feel comfortable to share is my mission to achieve. It must be a home for all of us.
