Hello! I am a student from University of Padova, I was filling the form to receive my free certification bundle for Trados Studio 2024 - level 1, I did but then at Checkout it would ask me to pay even though it should be free for me and It would show an error in my name even if I filled it correctly . I tried to fill the form again but did not receive any more emails and I don't know what to do. can u help me?
