I did a deeper investigation and I found out which might be the cause of your error:
    1. The report extension should be .xsl instead of .xslt (Visual Studio is automatically creating an .xslt item which should be transformed in .xsl)
    2. The report Build Action should be set to Embedded Resource in order to be rendered by Studio.

I'm not sure if this is a genuine post or not... but you have posted into a thread for developers working with the APs.  If you just want to know whether Trados Studio or some other product we provide runs on W7 32-bit then you should use the appropriate forum.  I can't direct you because I have no idea what product you are referring to.

What I would say is W7 32-bit is certainly long out of support and we won't be supporting any of our products on that version.
