Error when trying to analyze files when using TM from GroupShare

Question

Hi 
 We get this error when we try to analyze files via. Studios API. Do any of you guys have any idea what might cause this? 
 An error has occurred. Please perform the task again. Unexpected exception when initializing task 'Analyze Files': Failed to create an instance of translation provider 'sdltm.http://groupshare.worldtranslation.dk:5002/?orgPath=/MSA&tmName=Test_Plunet_EN-DE'.. Unexpected exception when configuring file multiFileConverter for task 'Translation Count': Failed to create an instance of translation provider 'sdltm.http://groupshare.worldtranslation.dk:5002/?orgPath=/MSA&tmName=Test_Plunet_EN-DE'.. 
 Any help is very much appreciated 
 Also please let me know if more information would be helpful.

Hi Luis 
 Thank you for looking in to this. 
 We are running on SP2 with the latest versions available both on the GroupShare 2014 Server and on the Studio 2014 clients. The plugin is new so we haven't used it with older versions of Studio. 
 However, the good news :-) 
 We have just yesterday figured out that the URL from our plugin was missing a www . in the connection string to the GroupShare server. After we relogged in with a www. in API's URL for the server, the error disappeared :-) 
 Funny enough, Studio can connect both with and without the www in the URL, and the status is that the server is available but the plug in can't. 
 The sulotion seems like the www. was all that was missing
