We are trying to build some workflow utilities using the REST API to enhance our usage of GroupShare. We are unable to retrieve any project based information from the API. 

Role, user and organization information seems to be working fine. Requests for project information do not fail. They successfully return no information (HTTP status 200). 

After interaction with the developer community and REST API development team, it was suggested that our server install may not be properly configured to provide project information through the REST API. What settings should we review to see if we are properly configured?
