I'm trying to use the current code to create a new Translation Memory via the GroupShareKit
This fails with a Bad Request response, and no explanation or message as to whats wrong.
Am I missing something, or doing something wrong?

Thanks for the help, but the problem seems to have been the lack of a ContainerId. When I added that parameter, the request succeeded.
But there is a new issue - no matter what I pass into the Location field - the created result is always "/".
I tried several values: "/Translation Providers/Testing", "Translation Providers/Testing", "/Testing", "Testing",
and none seem to work.
