Change password for Community

Question

I logged in to the online page, discovered my password really needs changing. So I clicked on &ldquo;Change password". It didn&rsquo;t work &ndash; I got RWS advertising instead. 
 So &ndash; how do I change my password for this site?

Hi Paul Danaher , 
 If the usual didn't work, can you please also try to do it from an incognito window as well? 
 To do that, open the community website in an incognito window, click on login and there, you should be able to see the can't remember password button. 
 Click on that and it should take you to the menu to change your password. 
 Please try that and let me know results.
