Our further assessment has determined that we would add this functionality to the XPP 9.4 by adding an environment variable that determines the location for xz_profile files on Windows. This functionality already exists for RH Linux.
This is an issue that should be worked through the current support ticket process.
I'm changing the status to "Under Community Review" because this is not "New" and is still being worked via the Support Ticket process.
