Effective with XPP 9.5, the following change has been made to [Shift][Return] character handling:
The toxsf program has been enhanced to accept the 
 or characters for import as a special shift return character. The fromxsf program now exports the special shift character as 
 or instead of <?xpp @000a ?>, as in previous versions. These changes apply only to XML and CSS-XML XPP divisions. Import to, and export from Classic and SGML XPP divisions remain unchanged.
