Our teams have started working in Trados Enterprise and are familiarizing themselves with the new functionality offered by the platform. One difference that has come up compared to what we were used to with GroupShare concerns field values.

Let's imagine a project with two documents in it: we want to define different field values for each one of them (for instance, we have a Source File field in which we enter the name of the document from which the segment comes). Previously, we would update those values when finalizing a document, but that no longer applies with Cloud projects on Trados Enterprise. Our understanding is that we need to define them before starting the translation under Settings > Configuration > Update Translation Memory fields.

However, in our scenario we would have two different people translating the two documents at the same time. Is there a way to update the fields with the different values we want to associate with each document?
