We have a workflow where after translation with the agency customer review takes place and after that the review implementation by the translation agency.
For a number of reasons however there may be situations where due to unavailability of resources the customer review task may not have been picked up and processed.
In these cases we currently need to go in, check the project and identify unclaimed languages, de-activate review implementation for those languages in the workflow and force-complete the customer review task.
What would be ideal is a check in the task completion that would automatically skip the next (configurable) task if the file did not change - it does not make sense to return an unchanged file to the translation agency that is exactly like the file they did return after translation.
