    Insert text chunks or phrases, which reoccur regularly, with a shortcut or replacement function, e.g. the string "ony" is automatically replaced by the standard phrase "Only for internal use in SAP". Can be combined with a spellchecker.

    Full text search and filters do have problems when searching for text containing slashes, commas etc. It is therefore in some cases very difficult to find/filter the desired entries.
