Certain administrative tasks such as Word Count or WIP report require the checking out of the files to perform them. Once the task has been run, all files need to be checked back in to GroupShare manually language by language. This is tedious and error-prone
Can some changes to the checking out be implemented so that:
a) only tasks that require file editing, require file check out. Analysis and WIP report don't
b) if they do need check-out, can there be an optional switch to automatically check files back in (or cancel check-out) when the task is complete
