We have been recently starting working on GS and we have created all the necessary templates.
The publishing step is pretty new to us but for projects we do publish we have assigned users to the different stages.
These projects are on a montly base and we have to add files (first adding them locally as our interface is Studio and then checking them in in order to make them available server-based), the problem is when we add files and check them in the person that makes this step is assigned automaticcaly to alln stages.
We are aware this can be manually updated for all three phases -preparation, translation and proofreading- but, the point would be: It is really necessary to make this bunch of steps (three for each added file) when we already have the info in the template?
Is there any planning to sinc the resources so they match the configuration established?
