To specify addressees (e.g, To ACE Reviewer, To Translator, ...) for Online Editor comments; to filter Online Editor comments by authors
Current workflow:
1. The translator adds queries for the linguistic reviewer and the SME.
2. The linguistic reviewer adds replies to the translator and queries for the SME.
3. The linguistic reviewer deletes all the comments except for those addressed to the SME so that the online editor will not be messed up with dozens or even hundreds of comments during SME review.
4. The SME adds replies to the translator and the linguistic reviewer and notes for the implementor of the review.
5. The implementor deletes all the comments before finalization.
We want to avoid Steps 3 and 5 above and keep all the comments to the end because they will serve to improve the future translation quality.
If the SME can only display the comments addressed to them by filtering out other comments, things will be much easier.
