Add priority level for a particular language in the project group

A project creator should be able to set a high priority level for a particular locale when creating a translation job. The priority level assigned should be visible to the LSPs and they will treat this locale with more priority than the rest.

Hi Talgat, I hope you are well and thanks for the Idea. I think the best solution here would be to split the request into 2 projects, setting the priority accordingly on the most urgent locale(s).

Hi Ray, thanks all good and yourself? It's not a very urgent requirement for us, but thought it would be a good product feature. Splitting the job into 2 projects is not practically convenient to the team.
