    Hi François,

    This is an interesting idea - with WorldServer 11.1 we introduced the notion of restricting the locales available for selection at Project Creation, also set at the Project Type level. I think this would help your use case somewhat though we could indeed take this a step further and allow pre-selection of certain locales.
