Make Step a filter selection in Project Task view

In the Project Task View, the one data point I need to filter on is not available, which are the workflow step values. It would be great to be able to filter on all the tasks that are in a particular Workflow step, so they all can be quickly selected and completed. In an effort to improve administrative efficiency, this would be a tremendous help.

  • Dennis, given the way you phrase your question, i am pretty sure you can already do this. When on the projects task page if you click choose columns in the top of the page. One of the values that you can move to the right side is step. This is the name of whatever step the task is currently on, showing auto action names as well as teh name of any human steps or auto error steps. Is this not what you are looking for?
