Repository wide, XML-aware, search and replace

I am in desperate need of tools to operate on the whole repository, much like the find and replace dialog in oxygen XML, which lets you specify to search in elements or attributes, by element or attribute name or content, or lets one specify an xpath expression to search by.

  • From Tridion Docs User Group: We still see great value in this idea, especially for those who need to do XPath-type reporting through document and map structures. Though programmatic workarounds are possible (exports to BaseX, etc), they are laborious and not as efficient/elegant as a repo-wide, XPath-aware search would be.
