When viewing an object in Organize Space, can the latest version row be selected by default rather than the working language?: Status History

    We automatically select the user’s working language (usually the source language) to provide a better user experience.

    This allows users to focus on actions related to the content (such as previewing or downloading) or on updating metadata using the Properties panel.

     

    Regarding the list behavior in Organize Space, it follows common UX patterns. For example, in Windows File Explorer, you will see similar behavior:

    • Selecting a row changes the current selection
    • Checking a checkbox adds the item to the existing selection
